Good News from Guzheng SYF Team!
Hildan Guzheng Ensemble had obtained Certificate of Distinction in Singapore Youth Festival 2016 Art Presentation.
All those sweat and hard work from our Guzheng SYF team finally paid off.
We would like to thank all our parent volunteers for their help and time spent with us from 6am to 1pm on 13 April 2016.

We trust that you had a good vacation resting, travelling and spending time with your loved ones. Hope you are all ready for an exciting 2016 with the Hildan Guzheng!
The first Guzheng session (P4-P6) will commence in Term 1 Week 1 (4 January 2016), 2.15pm to 4.15pm.
Beginner Class (P2-P3) : 2.15pm-4pm, Thursday (from 7 January 2016)
Intermediate & Advanced Class (P4-P6) : 2.15pm - 4.15pm, Mondays.
Venue: Guzheng Room (2nd floor, beside Hildan's Ark)
Guzheng Fees: $80 for every 10 lessons

Dear Parents,
As we are going for Singapore Youth Festival Arts Presentation (SYFAP) in April, there will be extra training sessions on Thursdays (from 7 January 2016) as well as in the upcoming March holidays and in Term 2.
It is important for your child to be present for all practices as any absences will affect the performance of the Guzheng as a group. We seek your co-operation to ensure that your child is present at every Guzheng practice.
Should your child be absent, a medical certificate or letter from the parent/guardian is appreciated. The schedule for Term 1 will be given to Guzheng members during the first session. See you there!

You have all worked very hard!
We wish all of you would pass the exams with flying colours.
The Guzheng instructor and your juniors miss all of your presence and are hoping to see you all again.
You are welcomed to join us on 12 November 2015 and 16 November 2015 at 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. as a reunion to hopefully leave a lasting and memorableexperience for all of you as well as for your juniors.

There will be no guzheng practice on 21/09/15 and 28/09/15 as the teachers will be down for oral examinations.
Guzheng practice will resume on 01/10/15, Thursday.

Practice Session during June Holidays
Dear all
Kindly be informed that there will be a practice session during the June holidays,
on 24 June 2015, Wednesday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. so as to make up for the previous 2 sessions we cancelled due to works in the school hall.
For our sessions now, our focus will be on preparing for next year's SYF.
We would also like to take the opportunity to thank all parents for the support that you have provided thus far. We really appreciate it!
We look forward to seeing all Guzheng members during the next practice session!
